Service and notification of pleadings in civil matters - Joint order 4267
By joint order made on March 27, 2020 by the Minister of Justice and the Chief Justice of Quebec, pleadings in civil matters may, during the state of health emergency, be served or notified by technological means, subject to certain conditions.
