Models in Civil Matters

The Model pleadings are made available for those who are involved in the appellate process for the first time. They do not relieve those who use them from reading the relevant statutes and regulations. Even though a physical person is not required to be represented by attorney before the courts, it is strongly recommended that an attorney be consulted.
