Section 91 of the Regulation of the Court of Appeal of Quebec in Civil Matters authorizes the clerk to publish practice directions to explain the regulation or the practice before the Court or to provide details in that regard. These practice directions may be reviewed and amended from time to time.

Below is a list of the clerk’s practice directions published to date in civil matters.
