By order in council no. 483-2020 adopted on April 29, 2020, the declaration of a state of health emergency was extended until May 6, 2020.  In accordance with joint order no. 2020-4251 signed on March 15, 2020 by the Chief Justice of Quebec and the Minister of Justice, civil procedure time limits are suspended throughout the entire duration of the health emergency.
