The Quebec Court of Appeal has unveiled its very first Activity Report, which provides a glimpse of its work in 2024. The report contains an overview of the key judgments of public interest, sets out statistical data, and describes the various activities held at the Court of Appeal’s Montreal and Quebec City seats to celebrate its 175th anniversary. This initiative reflects the Court’s desire to raise awareness about its role and activities.
