We remind you that s. 54 of the Regulation of the Court of Appeal of Quebec in Civil Matters does not provide for the possibility of reproducing depositions on paper in a “four-in-one” format. The only format accepted for stenographic notes reproduced in briefs or memoranda in civil matters is the “page-by-page” format.
