As per s. 482 of the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46), the judges of the Court of Appeal of Quebec agreed to replace the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Quebec in Criminal matters, SI/2018-96, by new rules which will come into force on March 11, 2024. In order to allow members of the Bar and litigants to familiarize themselves with these new rules, the Court of Appeal is making them available as of now. Information sessions

Information sessions (only in French) will be held on the following dates to present the salient aspects of the new Rules of the Court of Appeal of Quebec in Criminal Matters:

• February, 21, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• February 27, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

These training sessions are free of charge and will take place online using the Microsoft Teams platform.
