New Practice Directions C-3 and C-4 in criminal matters

Two new practice directions were published today:

  • Practice Direction C-3 (Documents attached to a motion and necessary for its adjudication - Motions presentable before a judge sitting alone);
  • Practice Direction C-4 (Documents attached to a motion and necessary for its adjudication - Motions presentable before a panel of three judges).

These practice directions set out the requirements to be met in order for a motion in a criminal matter to be placed on the roll.
