In order to pursue the Court's activities in compliance with the government's recommendations, hearings of appeals and motions by videoconference will remain the rule. The Court office will contact parties if, exceptionally, their cases do not lend themselves to a virtual hearing. For more information, please refer to the section entitled Virtual Courtrooms.
Moreover, please note that as of today (April 7, 2021), all persons who have, exceptionally, been permitted to be in a courtroom must wear a medical mask at all times, unless otherwise authorized by the Court.
