As provided for in the various practice directions listed below, the use of tabs to separate each of the documents attached to an application is mandatory for all applications filed at the office of the Court of Appeal. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the Court office asking the parties to make the necessary corrections before the application is put on the roll.
In addition, an application must meet the following requirements:
- It must contain a list of schedules referring to the relevant tab;
- The documents (application and schedules) must be stapled or bound together.
Parties are encouraged to file a technological version of their application and schedules on a USB key.
