Given the current state of the pandemic and in order to comply with current government recommendations, as of January 10, 2022, the hearing of appeals will be held by videoconference. The Court office will contact the parties or counsel concerned in order to make the necessary arrangements for this purpose.
Applications before a judge alone or before a panel will continue to be heard by videoconference. When an application is placed on the roll, the Court office will send the parties or counsel a notice of hearing containing all the necessary information for the videoconference.
Please take note that a virtual hearing may, exceptionally, not be appropriate for certain appeals or applications, in which case the Court office will also contact those concerned.
