Notice of Amendment

Article 84 of the Civil Practice Regulation of the Court of Appeal, authorizes the Chief Justice to publish a Notice of Amendment to inform counsel of a proposed amendment to a provision of this Regulation and to invite them to apply it immediately as if it were in force. Practice Direction

Article 83 of the Civil Practice Regulation of the Court of Appeal, authorizes the Clerk to publish practice directions to explain or render this Regulation or a practice before the Court more precise.  These practices directions may be reviewed and amended from time to time.
